Acron unable to pay 30% of dividends on govt restrictions

MOSCOW, Apr 13 (PRIME) -- Russian fertilizer producer Acron was unable to pay 3.022 billion rubles out of 8.8 billion rubles of dividends from the undistributed profit for the previous years because of the government's measures to ensure financial stability, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

"The reason for non-fulfillment (partial non-fulfillment) of the issue obligations to the owners of its securities -- the company and the registrar do not have the addresses or banking information because of the temporary economic measures of the government to ensure financial stability of the Russian Federation," the company said.
